Future

I started this 4 years ago when the rise of BLM was being more known and televised. This painting and subject matter was my hope that future black and brown children would not have to face what we were/are dealing with, and that their future would be bright.
That hope crumbled immensely after repeatedly seeing the deaths of more black and brown people, as well as other terrible actions, that happend over the years. But I have hope again after 2020, which helped me finally finish this painting.
