These are the hexagonal, basalt stones of the Gaint’s Causeway in Northern Ireland. They are truly a geological feature to behold! I'll never forget hopping across them all the way out to the edge of the coast. On my way, I rounded the corner of a group of taller stones and, all of the sudden, the view opened up all the way to the ocean. Seeing the vast amount of stones trail off into the water was breathtaking and I knew that this was the composition I had to capture.
